About this opportunity   

 
We are looking for a DHS Commercialization Specialist to drive the market introduction and adoption of Getinge’s digital solutions, with a primary focus on the surgical workflow portfolio, ensuring they are clearly positioned and communicated to key target groups across priority markets.

 

Working closely with the Director of DHS Commercialization, you will ensure our digital offerings address customer needs and translate strategy into clear value propositions, go-to-market approaches, and communication that enable market adoption and commercial impact.  
 
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Global Sales, and Regional Marketing Communications teams to ensure consistent positioning while enabling effective market activation across regions. 
 
Based in our modern Hamburg office, the position offers a hybrid working model. 

 

What you will do 
 
As a Commercialization Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and supporting the execution of commercialization strategies that support long-term adoption and scalable market execution of our Digital Health Solutions (DHS).  

Key responsibilities include: 
 

  • Contributing to the development and evolution of global commercialization and go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives  

  • Translating market insights, customer needs, and competitive trends into clear positioning, messaging, and commercial priorities, including developing and shaping key commercialization and communication materials to support market adoption 

  • Supporting global go-to-market planning and market introduction in close collaboration with Product Management, Global Sales, and Regional Marketing Communications teams, ensuring stakeholders have the positioning, messaging, and sales tools needed to enable effective market activation 

  • Acting as a trusted partner and contributing to strategic discussion, while serving as a communication lead, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across stakeholders 

  • Monitoring performance and market impact, and leveraging AI-supported tools and ways of working to continuously improve commercialization effectiveness, content development and analysis 
     

You will also be an active team player, contributing to collaboration, process improvement, and the development of high-quality communication materials across internal and external channels.

You enjoy working in a cross-functional, international environment and are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. 
 

To be successful in this position, you should have: 
 

  • A relevant degree in marketing communications, or a similar field, along with several years of experience in commercialization or B2B marketing 

  • Experience working cross-functionally and across geographies, ideally within a global organization end to end, with solid experience in stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate effectively and build trusted relationships. 

  • A strong understanding of go-to-market approaches, digital or inbound marketing, and data-driven follow-up with the ability to support the development of global directions and enable regional teams in local market activation 

  • Excellent professional English communication skills 

  • Preferably, experience in or a strong interest in the healthcare or MedTech sector. 

  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, and experience using relevant marketing and communication tools to develop commercialization materials such as global sales and campaign packages 

  • A curious mindset and familiarity with using AI tools to improve ways of working and commercial outcomes, focusing on practical value and impact
