About this opportunity

As part of our Critical Care organization, you will play a key role in supporting healthcare providers with advanced technologies that help save lives every day. The Critical Care portfolio includes anesthesia workstations, ICU ventilators, transport ventilators, respiratory support solutions, and related digital solutions.


You will work closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, Clinical Education, and Product Management teams while building strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals across hospitals and critical care environments.


In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert clinical and application support to customers, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and utilization of our Critical Care solutions while contributing to improved patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.


What you will do

As a Clinical & Application Specialist, you will combine your clinical expertise with strong training and customer engagement skills to support both healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering clinical support and application expertise for Critical Care products.
  • Planning and conducting product training and clinical education for healthcare professionals.
  • Supporting product evaluations, demonstrations, installations, and implementations.
  • Collaborating with Sales teams throughout the customer journey and tender processes.
  • Building long-term customer relationships and identifying opportunities to optimize clinical workflows and patient care.


You will work with customers in Intensive Care Units (ICU), Operating Rooms, Emergency Departments, Recovery Units, and ECMO Centers.


This position includes extensive travel to hospitals and customer sites, approximately 50–70% of the time. Occasional international travel may also be required for training programs, conferences, and certification activities. The position offers a flexible hybrid setup combined with significant field-based customer interaction.


You will bring

To be successful in this position, we believe you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, Perfusion, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, or another relevant healthcare discipline.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience within Intensive Care, Anaesthesia, Operating Theatre, Respiratory Care..
  • Experience working with medical devices and clinical technologies.
  • Experience delivering clinical education, coaching, or training to healthcare professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical ventilation, critical care medicine, respiratory physiology, and patient safety.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional local language skills are highly valued.


It is considered an advantage if you have:

  • Experience with ECMO systems.
  • Previous experience from the medical technology industry.
  • Experience supporting product demonstrations, evaluations, or tenders.
  • Advanced clinical certifications.
