Product Manager Surgical Workplaces

About this opportunity   

Here, you will be part of the SWP (Surgical Workplaces) product area, supporting our Southeast Europe territory. In this international role, you will work broadly across product management, commercial support, and Technical and clinical application.

You will ensure our partners, distributors, and end customers receive high-quality guidance and expertise.  

You will be the first point of contact for product-related topics within the territory and play a key role in market and knowledge development. 

You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Customer Service, Quality Resource Center, and Business Analyst Product Managers. 

What you will do 

In this role, you will manage and support the SWP product portfolio while strengthening distributor performance and customer satisfaction.

Your daily work will include: 

• Acting as the primary point of contact for all product-related topics with distributors 
• Supporting configurations, reviewing and correcting distributor orders, and approving technical aspects before handover to Customer Service 
• Providing product and technical expertise, presentations, marketing material, and participating in customer visits 
• Collecting market and competitor data, tracking the project funnel, supporting tender documentation, and maintaining an up‑to‑date project list. 

• Proposing process improvements and ensuring compliance with ISO and corporate quality standards 

• Being responsible for keeping track of training status in distributor sales teams for SWP product portfolio and ensuring the validity of their certificates. 

In this position you are preferably based in either The Czech Republic or in Serbia. 

International travel is required, estimated at approximately 30% annually, depending on project needs. 

You will bring 

To be successful in this position, we believe you have the following qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in either Engineering, Healthcare, or Management 
• 5+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry (Sales, Engineering, Management or OR’s), preferably with capital equipment 
• High-level English proficiency 
• Strong computer literacy with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills 
• Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills 
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and decisiveness  

• Adaptability to change and a win–win mindset
