Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties工作职责和基本职责

Technical Support 技术支持 (80%)
- Conduct installation preparation, installation, equipment debugging (mainly including sterilizers and cleaning machines) and acceptance at the customer's site, understand the structure, function, and working principle of each product

- Be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and updating customer equipment

- Improve customer satisfaction through professional services and participation in service process improvement and service brand building to

- Provide customers with product related operation and technical guidance

- Protect company assets and maintain test equipment, spare parts inventory, and other company equipment and supplies in good condition and working order

- Complete on-site equipment updates as required by the company

Performance Improvement and Documentation 绩效提升与文档工作 (20%)
- Be responsible for tracking customer accessory sales and receiving payments

- Be responsible for filling out relevant work reports and documents

- Assist relevant colleagues in developing the after-sales market

- Document all activities in accordance with service policies and procedures, including customer products complaint, adverse event feedback and tracking

Minimum Requirements任职条件
- College degree or above in mechanical, electrical automation, or electromechanical integration related majors
机械、电气自动化或机电一体化相关专业大专以上学历
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a field service role in medical devices/ pharmaceutical industry, technical repair or related technical field. Sterilizer and washer products background is preferable
至少2年医疗设备/制药行业技术维修或相关技术领域的现场服务经验。有灭菌器和清洗器等相关产品经验的优先
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 所需的知识、技能和能力
- Certain ability in reading and expression in English. Be capable of reviewing and understanding electrical drawings and technical documentation written in English
