Training Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) Skills & Compliance

 

Your responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and continuously maintain training portfolios in Skills & Compliance, including classroom, online, infield, and TraintheTrainer formats.
  • Identify and analyze organizational and individual development needs and propose new training initiatives accordingly.
  • Develop, manage, and support trainers delivering programs within the Skills & Compliance portfolio.
  • Ensure robust processes for the design, delivery, assignment, and governance of training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and integrate methods that enable effective learning transfer into daily work.
  • Define and uphold standards of excellence for training quality and ensure their consistent application.
  • Manage skills and compliance training projects in close collaboration with business leaders and HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment with Getinge’s strategic objectives, skill requirements, and business priorities.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage budgets for training investments.
  • Define and track key performance indicators related to capability development, including reporting on cost effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted learning and skills partner for business leaders and HRBPs, advising on learning design and methodologies to address critical development needs effectively.
  • Fulfill Quality System duties by building quality into all aspects of work and ensuring compliance with all applicable quality requirements.

 

Your profile

  • Proven experience in Skills & Compliance training and Learning & Development.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering effective training strategies.
  • Strong capability in training needs analysis, defining learning objectives, and identifying critical behaviors.
  • Hands-on experience with L&D tools, processes, and adult learning principles.
  • Experience measuring training outcomes and learning effectiveness.
  • Proven international experience, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and an understanding of diverse business environments.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of empowering others and collaborating successfully with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Passion for learning and a strong understanding of how effective learning transfer drives sustainable business performance.
  • The role requires domestic and international travel. Travel anticipated to average 10-20% annually but may vary depending on needs.
