Job Overview

  • Helping to drive a business by developing sales and marketing strategies, identifying the customer needs to provide necessary sales and marketing support including training and to enhance the therapy developments in Cardiovascular and Critical Care fields in OR and ICU.
  • Grow as one team to build up our leadership and to optimize market and therapy development with the most proven and innovated products with various portfolio options.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

  • Planning and implementing sales and marketing efforts.
  • Sales and product promotions of related products including to provide clinical and product updates.
  • Planning and implementing timely and regular sales and product training for related products (healthcare professionals and distributors).
  • Helping distributors through accounts and customer field supports.
  • Developing new product launches including new products reimbursement price approvals.
  • Problem and complaints solving with timely manner through intensified communications and co-work with teams and ComOps & BAs.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by the Manager and/or the Company.

Minimum Requirements

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare-related fields, or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience developing sales and marketing strategies in the medical device industry
  • Preferred: 2-3 years medical background.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Advanced communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Sales & Marketing Execution

  • Promote and support sales activities for designated products, including providing clinical updates and product information.
  • Assist in the development and execution of new product launches, including reimbursement price approval processes.

Product & Training Support

  • Plan and deliver timely, product and clinical training for healthcare professionals and distributors.
  • Ensure effective dissemination of product knowledge and clinical updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage product-related issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely manner through proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams, including ComOps and Business Areas
  • Provide field support to distributors and healthcare accounts to improve customer experience and drive therapy adoption.

Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Organize conferences, congresses and educational programs in collaborating with marketing teams
  • Teamwork and communication skills to support internal initiatives, cross-functional projects, and organizational priorities assigned by the manager or the company.

Highly motivated leadership with integrity

  • To build trust and maintain good relationships with distributors, HCPs, and KOLs.
  • Passion for learning, approaches work with positivity and enthusiasm, upholds strong integrity and commitment, takes initiative with a self-driven mindset, and adapts quickly in dynamic environments.

Other(s)

  • Travel requirement: occasional, 8~10 domestic trips per year for conferences, customer meetings, and business events, and occasional international travel for product trainings or global/ regional sales meetings.
  • May work extended hours during peak business cycles.
  • Physical requirements may include handling and transporting equipment of moderate weight.
  • Ensures environmental consciousness and safe practices are exhibited in decisions.
  • Use of computer and telephone equiment and other related office accessories/ devices to complete assignments.
