Job Overview
AP accountant is responsible for processing AP invoices, including external and internal for Hongkong, Treasury for mainland China, vendor master data maintenance and other ad hoc tasks. This role requires multiple task handling skills, quick learning ability. This role should be very hands-on.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
•    Check 3rd party vendor purchase documents according to company policy for Hongkong
•    Handling Company Vendor Invoice Management system for Hongkong
•    Posting journals in SAP
•    Treasury related work including arranging bank payment, managing Host to Host, acting as the contact point with the Bank, etc
•    Vendor Master file maintenance
•    Reconciling the intercompany transactions and follow up the reconciled items with intercompanies;
•    Provide continuous improvement to P2P process (reduce the payment cycle, increase the booking accuracy and efficiency)
•    Ad-hoc work assigned by line manager.

Minimum Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, corporate finance, financial accounting or other related majors
•    Around 3 years working experience, medical industry would be a plus
•    Expert in AP and Treasury
•    Good knowledge in SAP
•    Good English writing and reading 
•    Good teamwork spirit
•    Experience in VIM is a plus
•    SSC experience is a plus
