Job Overview
This position is responsible for managing and developing the SWP (Surgical Workplace) product line business in designated territory (zhejiang), covering medical equipment such as surgical lights, operating tables, and medical pendant towers. As the core liaison between the company, regional customers, and distributors, it is required to implement China Business Strategy, decompose targets into executable regional plans, and achieve core indicators including order intake, net sales, contribution margin, expense control, working capital, and market share growth. Meanwhile, it needs to build a customer and channel ecosystem to drive the full-process implementation of SWP products from "market awareness" to "order conversion", supporting the company's competitiveness improvement in the North China surgical equipment market.
该职位负责管理和开发SWP(Surgical Workplace,外科系统) 产品线在指定区域(浙江省)的业务,产品线涵盖手术灯、手术床、医用吊塔等医疗设备。作为公司与区域客户、经销商的核心对接角色,需落地中国区业务战略,将目标拆解为可执行的区域方案,完成订单收入、销售额、利润、支出控制、营运资本及市场份额增长等核心指标;同时搭建客户与渠道生态,推动 SWP 产品从 “市场认知” 到 “订单转化” 的全流程落地,助力公司在华北地区外科设备市场的竞争力提升。

 

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Sales & Distribution Development销售额和经销商管理 (55%)
•    Based on regional market research and hospital customer demand analysis, formulate annual/quarterly sales strategy plans to ensure alignment with the company's marketing plan.
基于区域市场调研及医院客户需求分析,制定年度 / 季度销售策略方案,确保与公司营销计划对齐。
•    Carry out monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, ensure the achievement of core KPIs.
执行月度、季度、年度销售任务,确保核心 KPI 达成。
•    Carry out distributor recruitment and empowerment, improve the channel system, regularly organize distributor training, and ensure the delivery of distributor orders.
开展经销商招募与赋能,完善渠道体系,定期组织经销商培训,确保经销商订单交付。
•    Establish long-term cooperative relationships with distributors and agents. Hold regular communication meetings with distributors to solve cooperation problems. Maintain cooperation satisfaction.
与经销商、代理商建立长期合作关系。定期召开经销商沟通会,解决合作问题;维护合作满意度。

Customer Development and Maintenance客户开发和维护(25%)
•    Connect sales channels with end customers: Visit core existing and potential customers every month to understand their equipment usage requirements and procurement plans.
衔接销售渠道与终端客户:每月拜访核心现有客户、潜在客户,了解设备使用需求与采购计划。
•    Explore potential customer needs: Based on scenarios such as the upgrade of the customer's operating room and the construction of a new hospital area, recommend suitable SWP product solutions.
挖掘潜在客户需求:结合客户手术室升级、新院区建设等场景,推荐适配的 SWP 产品方案。
•    Establish a customer issue ledger and respond promptly to customer complaints or inquiries.
建立客户问题台账,快速响应客户投诉或咨询。 

Others其他职责(20%)
•    Cross-departmental collaboration: Synchronize customer installation and maintenance requirements with the SWP service team to ensure no delay in service connection after equipment delivery. Collaborate with the Marketing Department for regional exhibitions, be responsible for customer invitations and on-site product explanations.
跨部门协作:与 SWP 售后团队同步客户安装、维护需求,确保设备交付后服务衔接无延迟;与市场部协作区域展会,负责客户邀约与现场产品讲解。
•    Data and Reports: Submit regional sales data reports (including order details, target achievement rates, and problem analysis) to the reporting supervisor. Participate in the national SWP product line sales review meeting and provide regional business feedback;
数据与报告:向汇报主管提交区域销售数据报告(含订单明细、目标达成率、问题分析);参与全国 SWP 产品线销售复盘会,提供区域业务反馈。
•    Complete the temporary sales-related tasks assigned by the line manager (such as regional sales data statistics and mentoring support for new employees).
完成直线经理分配的与销售相关的临时任务(如区域销售数据统计、新员工带教支持)。

 

Minimum Requirements
•    Junior college degree or above, with priority given to majors in Medical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, and Medical Device-related fields; majors are not limited, but candidates must have the learning ability to quickly understand the technical attributes of surgical equipment.
大专及以上学历,医学工程、生物医学工程、市场营销、医疗器械相关专业优先;专业不限,但需具备快速理解外科设备技术属性的学习能力。
•    At least 3 years of sales experience in surgical equipment  in the medical device industry.
至少 3 年医疗器械行业外科设备销售经验。
•    Priority given to candidates with direct sales or distributor management experience in the zhejiang, familiar with hospital procurement processes in the region (e.g., public hospital bidding, private hospital independent procurement).
具备浙江省区域直销或经销商管理经验者优先,熟悉区域内医院采购流程(如公立医院招投标、民营医院自主采购)。

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•    Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PivotTable, PPT plan production), capable of independently completing sales data statistics and presenting customer plans. Be capable of analyzing sales data through Excel (such as reasons for order loss and performance differences among distributors).
•    熟练使用微软办公软件(Excel 数据透视表、PPT 方案制作),能独立完成销售数据统计与客户方案呈现。能通过 Excel 分析销售数据(如订单流失原因、经销商业绩差异)。
•    Familiar with the core technical parameters of the SWP product line, as well as relevant regulations on surgical equipment (such as NMPA and FDA requirements), and capable of explaining the product compliance and clinical value to customers.
熟悉 SWP 产品线核心技术参数、外科设备相关法规(如 NMPA、FDA 要求),能向客户讲解产品合规性与临床价值。
•    Be capable of independently communicating with the hospital's purchasing department and operating room managers, and clearly convey the product advantages.
能独立对接医院采购部、手术室负责人,清晰传递产品优势。 
•    Proactively follow up with potential customers without the need for supervision, strictly control details such as sales data and contract terms, and avoid order risks due to omissions.
无需督促即可主动跟进潜在客户,对销售数据、合同条款等细节严格把控,避免因疏漏导致订单风险。
