Job Overview
•      Empower clinical, sales, and distributors teams through consultative expertise, implement internal and external clinical training programs, thereby delivering and gaining recognition for the differentiated value of product solutions, significantly strengthening market competitiveness.

•    Support the sales/distributors team in addressing clinical pain points for potential CSSD/Endo projects and resolving objections for existing projects, driving sustained business growth.

•    •Through effective IC key account management and systematic development of a KOL expert network, we continuously enhance target customer retention and loyalty.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
•    IC临床应用策略与关键客户管理(45%)
-     Based on alignment with key IC marketing strategies and fulfillment of clinical needs, develop and implement CSSD/Endo clinical application strategies and action plans to ensure recognition of the differentiated value of solutions in specific application scenarios.
基于IC市场策略重点的契合与对临床需求的满足,制定并落地CSSD/Endo临床应用策略与行动方案,确保解决方案在应用场景上的差异化价值得到认可。

-    Support the sales team as an expert consultant by diagnosing and analyzing the clinical pain points—such as overall workflow, equipment operation, and consumable application—for existing or potential CSSD projects with key accounts. Provide constructive solutions from a product portfolio perspective.以专家顾问身份支持销售团队,对关键客户的现有或潜在的CSSD项目,给予在整体流程,设备操作和耗材应用等临床痛点进行诊断和分析,并从产品组合维度提供建设性的解决方案。

-    Collaborate with the IC sales team and product managers to address key customers' concerns and objections regarding application operations. Manage and shift the perception of key CSSD/Endo KOLs regarding the process, operational, and application value of IC product solutions.
与IC销售团队和产品经理协同,负责关键客户在应用操作的顾虑与异议处理,管理并改变关键CSSD/ Endo Kols对IC产品解决方案在流程,操作和应用价值上认知;

•    IC 临床教育培训 (40%)
-    Based on insights into CSSD/Endo application user needs, develop and implement an application training system plan grounded in integrated workflows, standardized application protocols, and standardized operational procedures, and execute the brand's hospital education and training market promotion activities.
基于CSSD/Endo应用用户需求的洞悉,制定并搭建以一体化流程,标划准化应用和规范化操作为基础的应用培训体系计划,并落地品牌的医院教育与培训市场推广活动;

-     Evaluate the professional capabilities of sales representatives and distributors, develop and implement progressive, systematic CSSD/Endoscopy application training programs, and conduct competency assessments and tracking for sales professionals. Effectively enhance the clinical application expertise of sales teams and distributors regarding IC equipment and consumables.
评估销售与代理商的专业能力, 搭建并落地进阶式的,系统性的CSSD/Endo应用培训课程,并完成销售专业的能力考核与追踪,有效提升销售/代理商在IC设备/耗材的临床应的专业能力;

-    Establish IC Kols network and manage the IC HCP speaker database; develop and implement physician training centers; develop and procure training materials; assist in supporting product lines, sales teams, and distributor teams in implementing nationwide/third-party association training collaboration projects. 
建立IC Kols 网络 并管理IC HCP讲者库, 医师培训基地开发和落地,培训教具开发与采购,协助支持产品线,销售和代理商团队落地全国/三方协会培训合作项目;

-    Budget management, cost control, and input-output analysis for education and training market activities.
教育与培训市场活动的预算管理,成本管控与投入产出分析;

•    IC Endo 解决方案导入 (15%)
-    Leveraging our existing product portfolio, to establish the One Endo concept and developing an integrated endo cleaning, validation, and sterilization system and solutions so as to pave the way for our entry into the endo market.
通过现有产品组合,创造One Endo理念,并形成跨清洗,验证,灭菌等Endo洗消处理体系和解决方案,从而为进入Endo市场预热。

 

Minimum Requirements
•    Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine or Clinical Nursing.
临床医学或临床护理专业本科及以上毕业;
•    At least 5-8 years of clinical education experience in the field of Central Sterile Supply Department or Endoscopy Center, with a proven track record of successfully planning, organizing, and executing no fewer than 20 clinical education and training marketing events.
至少5-8年消毒供应中心/内镜中心设备应用临床教育工作经验,曾成功策划,组织并举办不少于20场临床教育培训市场活动;
•    Or at least 3-5 years of experience working in a hospital's Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) or Endoscopy Center, must have independently conducted no fewer than 10 clinical training and education programs.
或者至少3-5年医院消毒供应中心或内镜中心工作经验,曾独立举办不少于10场临床培训教育项目;

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•    Deeply understand the pain points and needs of clinical customers in CSSD/Endo department, 
and good at meeting customer requirements through products and solutions.
深谙CSSD/Endo临床客户的痛点和需求,善于通过产品/解决方案来满足客户需求.
•    with high familiarity with CSSD/Endoscopy guidelines and standards for equipment and consumables application, as well as mastery of their overall processes and specific operation.
熟悉CSSD/Endo在设备/耗材应用的指南和标准,并掌握其整体流程和具体操作细节.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with and influence people at all.
