Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties (not exhaustive list)
- Employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal movement processes: Manage employee entry, exit and movement processes specifically for Shanghai SSU and Suzhou manufactory, ensuring smooth, compliant, and consistent experiences aligned with global standards.
- Act as first-line contact for employees and managers on day-to-day employment questions, providing face-to-face support where it enhances their experience while channeling routine Q&A into advanced technology solutions where employees and managers get better, faster service, managing all inquiries through integrated case management systems.
- Administer learning initiatives and maintain training records, supporting the rollout of mandatory and role-based programs while capturing completion data to enable automated compliance tracking and audit readiness.
- Partner with system providers to maintain system configurations and data protocols, ensuring timely, accurate processing of all employee information while upholding full compliance with local regulations.
- Own or work according to service performance metrics and champion continuous improvement by tracking SLAs, eNPS, case resolution times, and first-call resolution rates through real-time dashboards, while actively gathering employee feedback via digital pulse surveys to drive data-driven enhancements to People Experience service delivery.
- Lead policy simplification and knowledge management through AI-powered self-service portals and intelligent document systems that improve clarity and reduce administrative complexity.
- Support deployment of global/local HR projects and initiatives while collaborating with People & Culture Partners and Global People Processes teams to ensure local adaptation, automated compliance monitoring, and strategic alignment through integrated platforms for seamless organizational coordination.
In addition, this job will participate in other tasks, not included in this job description that from time to time are needed to develop the company and the organization – this will be discussed and documented in the PDP process
Minimum Requirements
- University degree, preferable in human relations, psychology, business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Broad view of HR processes and procedures
- Skilled in using HR digital tools such as AI
- Curiosity and empathy for others
- Fluent Mandarin and English
- Able to travel - one fixed day per week onsite presence at the Suzhou office to support local employees and HR operations.
