Job Overview | 工作概述

Be responsible for managing the ACT business (Intensive Care, Cardiovascular Procedures) across all of China, developing and implementing the business strategy of Getinge Group in alignment with the APAC region/EA Sub-region and according to local targets for external sales, order intake, contribution margin, expenses, working capital, and market share growth.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties | 工作职责和基本职责

1. Business Strategy Development: Develop and Implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the ACT business segment across China.

业务战略制定:制定并实施战略计划,推动中国 ACT 业务板块的增长和盈利。

2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and use insights to inform business strategies.

3. Product Portfolio Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the product portfolio, including new product launches, lifecycle management, and pricing strategies.

4. Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies, customer relationship management, and channel partnerships.

5. Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business including customer service.

7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing the healthcare industry in China.

8. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, healthcare professionals, industry associations, and government agencies.

Job Requirements | 任职条件

1. Bachelor's degree or above in related majors, MBA is preferred.

相关专业本科及以上学历,工商管理硕士(MBA)优先。

2. At least 10 years' experience of being an analytical and strategic business leader from a sales and marketing healthcare industry, has a track record of delivering solid business result.

至少 10 年医疗行业销售和市场营销领域的分析型及战略型业务领导经验,有扎实的业务成果交付记录。

3. Able to apply Commercial excellent and service excellent to business operation.

4. Proven experience in sales, marketing, and general management roles for an international company of standalone business division in the country of operation.

5. Strong expertise and experience in surgical procedure, IT Solution and aftermarket segment with a good understanding of local compliance, pricing and reimbursement procedures and dynamics.

6. Great product knowledge on equipment, IT solution and aftermarket product line, good understanding of and experience with Chinese market dynamics and direct and indirect (distributor) business processes.

7. Growth minded and evidence of creating and pursuing organic growth, in changing market conditions.

8. Ability to analyze business requirements of an international organization and to develop cohesive growth strategies at a high level.

9. Understanding business buying behavior and translating this knowledge into go-to-market strategies across various local regions, product Lines and customer segments.

10. Ability to formulate, present and defend own point of view to senior management teams. Excellent Influencing and negotiating skills.
