About this opportunity 

 

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to drive the commercial success of the Endoscope Reprocessing business through a combination of strategic market development, technical and clinical product expertise, and strong sales execution across the Nordic region. 

This position is based in Denmark and requires travel in the Nordics. Travel is anticipated to average 50% annually but may vary depending on project needs. 

What you will do 

In this role, you will blend field-based sales work with product expertise and market engagement. You will work closely with Nordic Sales Managers, customers, and internal teams to drive adoption, market share, and customer satisfaction across the Endoscopy reprocessing portfolio. 

• Drive sales activities within own accounts, with initial focus on Denmark and expansion to prioritized Nordic accounts. 

• Act as the highest-level product expert in complex sales cycles, tenders, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) interactions. 

• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations, evaluations, and staff trainings within Endoscopy and related departments. 

• Support annual sales strategy execution through market analysis, VOC feedback, competitive benchmarking, and pricing/positioning contributions. 

• Lead go-live implementations with the Installation Team and provide ongoing customer training and troubleshooting. 

 

You will bring 

 

• 5+ years’ experience within Medical Device sales, or 5+ years as a Registered Nurse (RN), preferably in an Endoscopy Unit or CSSD. 

• Experience in Infection Prevention, Reprocessing, or Endoscopy. 

• Strong technical understanding and background in solution selling. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

• Structured approach to account management, with experience in tender processes preferred. 

• Ability to work effectively within complex organizational structures and with multiple stakeholders. 

• Successful track record of understanding and responding to customer needs. 

• Excellent command of spoken and written Danish and professional command of English.
