  • Drive and ensure successful handover into R&D development, including ownership of process alignment, ways of working, and readiness for implementation

Who you are

You combine technical depth with strong execution capability and are comfortable working in complex, regulated environments. You bring strong technical leadership, with the ability to understand, challenge, and guide advanced technical topics while enabling teams to deliver. You are comfortable making decisions and driving progress in complex environments

What you bring

  • 8+ years of experience from medtech R&D or other regulated industries, preferably medical device or critical care products
  • Solid experience in product development of complex, integrated (embedded) systems, with strong understanding of the full development lifecycle
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional technology development
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-company collaboration skills
  • Experience working as a facilitator of experts

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken

Great if you also have experience in:

What makes you successful
