This position plays a central part in our Operations organization at the Solna site, where reliable systems, robust processes, and efficient data flows are essential for delivering high‑quality medical devices.

What you will do

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and develop a multidisciplinary team covering the following areas

• • production and supply chain system development,
  • production test systems development
  • SAP ownership and support.

You will act as the bridge between Operations and functions such as R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT. Your mission is to secure that our systems and tools meet operational needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and evolve in line with our production and product development strategies.

This position is based in Solna. Hybrid flexibility is available, but on‑site presence will be needed for the larger part of the week.

You will bring

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications.

• Proven leadership experience, successfully leading and developing teams with broad and diverse technical responsibilities.
• Several years of hands‑on experience in hardware or software development of systems within the medical device industry.
• Expertise in at least one of the team’s core domains, preferably in test system software and/or hardware development.
• Previous experience with maintenance and continuous improvement processes for production test systems is considered an advantage

You are highly collaborative and communicates effectively across functions. You have a natural curiosity for technology and an ability to quickly understand interconnected systems such as SAP, production and supply chain systems and test systems.
