We are looking for a driven and structured Project Manager NPI to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of cross‑functional projects to ensure a smooth and successful introduction of new products in production. In addition to NPI deliveries, you will also contribute to and lead other strategic initiatives within Operations.

 

 

 

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to  

 

  • Lead and manage industrialization projects for new products as well as other strategically important projects within Operations, including initiatives focused on mitigating production risks and implementing IT solutions
  • Plan, coordinate, and prioritize project activities, resources, and timelines to secure efficient execution and delivery across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Sourcing, Production, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and drive consistent progress throughout the project lifecycle.

 

 

What you will do

 

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans within defined frames for time, cost, and quality, ensuring alignment with overall NPI objectives.
  • Define product and production process requirements in line with our production strategy, securing readiness for industrialization and scale‑up.
  • Build and lead strong cross‑functional project teams, ensuring effective cross function collaboration throughout all NPI phases.
  • Continuously monitor project progress, including budget, risks, dependencies, and deviations, and proactively drive corrective actions when needed.
  • Report project status, risks, and key updates to project owners, steering groups, and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision‑making.

 

This position is based in Solna. Hybrid flexibility is available, but on‑site presence will be needed for the larger part of the week.

 

 

You will bring

 

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications.

 

  • Higher academic education such as a Master of Science, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide crossfunctional teams
  • Previous experience in project management
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements for MedTech products is an advantage
  • Background in supply chain, manufacturing, product care, or production engineering or similar is preferred
  • General IT proficiency, including Office tools, project planning software, and production planning systems
