Key responsibilities:
•    Be responsible for control systems upgrade or partial redesign (especially for PCBA aspects).
•    Provide technical support (Troubleshooting) for customer complaints and production issues.
•    Maintain & improve the existing product on performance, quality and risk management.
•    Responsible for customized product design to meet the customer requirements from performance, quality, cost and timing aspects.
•    Collaborate with other functional departments to move engineering projects forward (cost down, EOL, etc.).
•    Design documentation management includes but not limited to BOM, TCF, DHF, etc.
•    Managing products lifecycle and ensure the products comply with relevant regulations and the company's quality management system (ISO 13485).
•    Support audits & inspections from CFDA or other 3rd party agencies. 

Candidate Profile:
•    At least University degree in Electronics, Automation Engineering or equivalent. 
•    5+ years new product development or sustaining experience and being involved in aspects of developing, engineering or manufacturing. 
•    Solid experience with PCBA design, maintenance or testing.
•    Related working experience in engineering change process especially in ECN coordination. 
•    Medical Device Industry will be plus. 
•    Experience with SAP will be plus.
