要工作职责Key duties and responsibilities: 
•    Maintain and enhance existing products to consistently meet customers' evolving requirements for performance and quality.
•    Lead customized product designs, integrating new technologies and processes to satisfy stringent demands on performance, quality, cost, and lead time.
•    Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive the progress of ongoing engineering projects.
•    Manage relevant technical documentation and engineering records.

•    Evaluate designs for manufacturability to ensure economic production efficiency.
•    Ensure all designs strictly comply with established internal engineering standards and external regulatory requirements.

 

知识/技能/工作经验Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience(Minimum Requirements):
•    Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, or related.
•    5+ years product design or engineering experience in his/her professional areas, and medical device background preferred.
•    Related working experience in engineering change process especially in ECN coordination.
•    Related working experience in pressure vessel is preferred.
•    Related working experience in sterilization equipment is preferred.
•    Be proficient in CATIA or other 3D software.
•    Be good at MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
•    Good communication and coordination skills.
•    Good English both in oral & written.
