主要职责目标/Main purpose of the position: 
    通过建立可靠的生产技术文件和程序并指导生产线员工进行规范生产；提高生产效率和产品质量
Through the establishment of a secure production of technical documents and programs to guide production line staff the standardize produce, improve production efficiency and product quality
    负责苏州工厂压力容器工艺控制，有效利用综合资源保证订单按质按时并按预算完成交付。
Be responsible to production process control of pressure vessel in Suzhou site; actively utilize various resources to ensure a high quality delivery is assured, on time and on budget.
    建立规范化的加工工艺要求，指导供应商进行压力容器零部件的加工生产，提高供货能力和质量。
Establish standardize processing requirement to instruct the production of pressure vessel components, improve the capacity and quality level of suppliers.

主要工作职责Main responsibilities: 
    遵守公司政策，包括员工手册，质量和安全管理的政策和步骤
Comply with company polices, including employee manual, quality& Safety policy and procedures.
    在质保工程师的领导下，建立和开展压力容器生产过程控制的各项工作
Responsible for set up and perform the system of PV production process control; 
    参与制定和修改质量管理体系文件工作并负责压力容器生产过程控制程序文件和规程的编制
Participate in work of prepare and revise the quality management system documents, and responsible for write PV process control procedure and regulations
    参与编制压力容器制造焊接工艺试验方案和焊接工艺评定方案，参加焊接工艺评定工作
Participate in work of prepare welding procedure test and qualification programs for pressure vessel production, and participate in welding procedure qualification
    参与生产控制系统的质量分析、内部质量审核
Participate in process control analysis of quality control system and internal quality audit
    负责培训生产技术人员以及焊工取证的相关活动
Responsible for training technician and activities of welder certification
    负责产品生产工艺的改善、质量改进的实施
Responsible for performing process and quality improvement
    负责压力容器产品的工艺开发和改善
Responsible for developing and improving of PV process 
    主管或高层管理者指派的其他任务
Other duties assigned by the supervisor or high management.

知识/技能/工作经验Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience(Minimum Requirements):
    大专学历或以上，在压力容器生产或机械工程方面有经验者优先
College education or above, experience in pressure vessel production or mechanical engineering is preferred
    5年以上压力容器制造行业或者在生产的加工和装配过程有3年的管理经验
Over 5 years in pressure vessel industry or 3 years management experience in production with machining and assembly process is required.
    熟悉焊接工艺管理流程，有机器人焊接经验者优先
Familiar with welding process management, and experience in robot welding is a plus

Self-motivated, good communication skill and team sprit are required.
