Main deliverables and Goals: Create and maintain product manuals and provide technical solutions and other support to SSU’s technical request

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain product manuals including User Manual, Installation Manual, Technical Manual, Spare Parts Manual and Recycling Manual.
  • Participate new product project development and create product manuals and follow up other service tasks
  • Participate engineering changes team to evaluate the changes and update product manuals as well as following up other service tasks
  • Edit short service instructions to support SSU’s field issues
  • Provide technical solutions to support SSU’s technical request
  • Assist products technical training
  • Other duties assigned by Technical Service Manager

 

Qualification requirement:

  • University education or above, major in mechanical or electrical engineering is expected, electrical engineering and automation is much preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of automation, PLC and HMI is much preferred.
  • Fluent in oral and written English is much preferred
  • Experience of editing product manuals is preferred
  • 2~3 years technical support experience of medical device in US/EU Company is preferred
