Job Overview

Responsible for SWP sales, account management, distributor management and business development

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Develop the go-to-market strategy for Surgical Workplaces (SWP) portfolio.
• Identify and manage distribution channels across Taiwan for selected SWP product lines.
• Lead the existing SWP direct sales team to grow the Hybrid OR business.
• Leverage the full portfolio to maximize the opportunities and ensure optimal market coverage.
• Monitoring key market trends and competitive market information.
• Responsible for the sales budget and gross profit planning and achievement.
• Providing sales forecasts on a monthly and R12 basis.
• Adhering and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Accept any tasks or job re-arrangement assigned by company based on business needs.
