Job Overview

A Project Engineer for Getinge Life Science is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects related to bioprocessing and laboratory equipment solutions. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product installation, validation, and compliance with industry standards such as GMP. The engineer also provides technical support to customers, optimizing system performance and troubleshooting operational issues. Additionally, they manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality delivery.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Life science product installation/troubleshooting/PM/Calibration work
• Performing examine and test of customer equipment and peripherals
• Schedule and perform planned maintenance activities on time
• Organizing the scheduling of testing and return/storage of equipment
• Processing Tech Service processes and procedures via SAP and Oxando 
• Maintaining service records and spare parts order/control
• Providing customer contact and remedial action in the field
• Provide technical support/training to customers
• Awareness and alignment to Getinge QMS policies and procedures
• Observance and compliance with legislation and policies
• Provide pending case report and weekly plan regularly
• Promote service plan actively
• Any other reasonable duties as requested by manager/company
