Job Overview
The Sales/Marketing Manager is responsible for driving market development initiatives and establishing execution ownership ahead of upcoming product launches across multiple product lines in Taiwan. The role focuses on accelerating account readiness, expanding market access, and supporting future business growth opportunities ahead of the planned hybrid commercial model transition.
The position is also responsible for driving revenue growth through activation of priority key accounts, unlocking new business opportunities, and strengthening execution in assigned accounts. By developing sales and marketing strategies and identifying customer needs, the role provides necessary commercial support, including training and therapy development in the Cardiovascular and Critical Care fields across OR and ICU settings.
This role works closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen market leadership and optimize market and therapy development through innovative and diversified product portfolio solutions.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Market Development & Product Launch Readiness (60%)
- Establish execution ownership ahead of upcoming product launches
- Drive market development and account readiness initiatives
- Plan and implement sales and marketing activities for related products
- Provide product, clinical, and therapy updates to healthcare professionals and distributors
- Plan and conduct regular sales and product training for healthcare professionals and distributors
- Support new product launches, including reimbursement and market access activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities
- Revenue Growth & Key Account Development (40%)
- Drive revenue growth in selected priority key accounts
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities
- Establish relationships with key hospital stakeholders
- Drive hospital entry and listing readiness
- Provide account and customer field support to distributors
- Take ownership of business performance in assigned accounts
