Job Overview

This role is under the Surgical Workplaces (SWP) team, equip with in-depth product knowledge for the assigned product portfolio, provide training and support to the customers/distributors, establish strong relationship with KOLs in each product line, develop/implement marketing plans for the assigned product portfolio, and achieve the annual sales target.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Sales Management

• Achieve assigned sales target and meet other financial KPIs
• Provide regular sales & funnel reports in line with company guidelines
• Provide support to the existing customers and acquire new accounts in assigned territory
• Manage the full sales cycle—from funnel building to installation completion—in close collaboration with service and project teams.
• Identify & develop KOL across all assigned product line

• Product Management

• Master product knowledge to facilitate hospital project planning and product configuration according to customers’ requirements using Getinge 3D simulation tool
• Develop and deliver customized product presentations, demonstrations, and training programs tailored to different stakeholders
• Collect, analyze, and report market data, trends, and competitor activities regularly to support business strategy formulation.
• Provide product materials and training support to distributors to ensure effective market coverage and product positioning

• Others
• Participate in customer events, webinars, conferences, and exhibitions to promote Getinge’s products and solutions.
• Strictly adhere to company’s ethic & compliance guidelines
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the line manager
