Position: Area Sales Manager
Division: Acute Care Therapies – Critical Care
Preferred location: Katowice / Wrocław
Territory: Silesian, Opole, Lower Silesian, and Lubusz Voivodeships

What will you be doing?

As part of our team, you're not just selling – you're making a real impact on healthcare. You’ll be responsible for promoting and selling our Critical Care portfolio, including anesthesia machines, ventilators, and patient monitors. Your work directly supports medical professionals in delivering life-saving care.

Key responsibilities:

• Achieving sales targets within your designated territory;
• Preparing customized commercial offers based on client needs;
• Monitoring and optimizing sales performance, inventory levels, and payment status;
• Ensuring product catalogs and pricing are up-to-date and accurate;
• Overseeing contract execution, including product delivery and installation;
• Planning, executing, and reporting commercial activities;
• Building and nurturing relationships with key customers;
• Conducting sales visits and presentations to meet strategic goals;
• Organizing and delivering meetings and training sessions for current and potential clients;
• Managing the complaint handling process when needed.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role (at least 2 years in medical devices or healthcare-related products);
• Solid understanding of the hospital market and public tender procedures;
• University degree (preferably in a related field);
• Valid Category B driver’s license and driving experience;
• Intermediate English proficiency;
• Strong command of MS Office tools;
• Proven sales techniques and presentation skills;
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with openness to innovation;
• Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills;
• Goal-oriented with persistence and a results-driven attitude;
• Capable of building long-term client relationships based on trust;
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening, assertiveness, and clear feedback.
