Position Overview:

Getinge is seeking an intern to work in the supplier quality team for Cardiac Surgery division. The position will work with Quality to assist in maintaining cGMP compliance for products manufactured, packaged, tested and released.

Job Duties:

• Assist in writing and reviewing investigations, NCMRs, SCARs,Change Notices, CAPAs, HHEs, and any additional QA documentation functions necessary to run the business.
• Assist with adequate follow-up through the implementation of CAPAs as appropriate.
• Assist with providing support to manufacturing floor.
• Support Quality Management during audits and inspections.
• Assist in associated manufacturing and quality process improvement and development support. Perform and participate in qualification and validation activities. Monitor progress using operational metrics.

Background Experience:

• Currently a junior or senior student attending a 4-year undergraduate program, or working towards a Master's degree in a related life science field.
• Excellent written, communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to details.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills.
• Advanced proficiency:  MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
